It builds professional-style ranges, rangetops, wall ovens and cooktops in Wisconsin, recognizable by their red knobs. Wolf's dual-stacked burners have an upper and lower flame, so a burner that works on high but goes out on simmer usually has a problem with the lower simmer ports or the igniter rather than the gas valve.
