How soon can a technician get to my San Diego home?

It depends on the day's schedule and where you are in the county. When you call, we'll give you the earliest window we can actually keep. Calling earlier in the day gives us the best chance of reaching you the same day.

Which appliance brands do you work on?

Most household brands sold in the US, including Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Maytag, Bosch, KitchenAid, Frigidaire, Sub-Zero, Thermador, Viking and Wolf. Each brand page lists the appliances we service for that manufacturer.

Do your repairs come with a warranty?

Yes. Repairs carry a 90-day parts and 30-day labor warranty. If the same fault comes back inside that window, we come back and fix it at no charge.

Will I know the price before you start?

Yes. The technician diagnoses the fault first, then gives you a written estimate for the repair. Nothing is replaced until you approve it.
