Where Asko equipment actually fails
If an Asko breaks, the odds favor dishwasher drain pumps and overflow float faults, door hinge springs and cables, washer drain pump filters, or dryer condenser and lint buildup.
The washers side of the line brings us drain pump filter clogs, door lock faults, door seal wear, and motor and control faults. The dryers side of the line brings us condenser lint buildup, heating element faults, moisture sensor contamination, and drum belt wear. With Asko dishwashers, we most often find drain pump blockages, float switch overflow faults, door hinge spring and cable breakage, and heater element failure.
Intermittent faults deserve care on an Asko. Supply voltage, drain height, vent length and airflow clearance can all produce symptoms that look electronic, and all of them are cheaper to correct than a control board.
Repair Service Shaped Around San Diego Homes
We repair Asko appliances in homes across North Park, where the housing runs to Craftsman bungalows, Spanish revival homes and plenty of older apartments. In older homes the washer and dryer often sit in the garage or a hallway closet, so let us know where the unit is and how much room there is around it. You get a written estimate before any work starts, and repairs carry a 90-day parts and 30-day labor warranty. If your Asko is still under the manufacturer's warranty, contact Asko first so the repair is covered.
