Thor care tips for San Diego homes

Keep burner caps and igniters dry after spills and clean the hood filters regularly, since grease and moisture are behind most Thor cooktop complaints. Plug-in surge protection does not suit every appliance; a whole-home surge device at the panel is often the cleaner answer. In a shared building, a leak tray and a braided supply line are inexpensive protection for the unit below.

A short video of the noise or the error code is often more useful than a description, so grab one if you can.

Independent San Diego Repair

Repair Service Shaped Around San Diego Homes

Homes in Santee range across tract homes and mobile-home parks, and we repair Thor appliances in all of them. Garage-installed refrigerators and freezers are common here, and on a hot afternoon a garage can run far warmer than these units are built for. Nothing is repaired until you've approved a written estimate, and the work is covered by a 90-day parts and 30-day labor warranty. If your Thor is still under the manufacturer's warranty, contact Thor first so the repair is covered.
