True parts, warranty and lead times
True parts are widely available through commercial distribution, and many common parts are shared across models. True equipment is designed for continuous commercial duty, so wear runs on hours and cycles rather than on calendar age.
True equipment is almost always worth repairing because the cabinets last for years and parts are easy to get. We put the price in writing up front and back the finished job with 90 days on parts and 30 days on labor.
Repair Service Shaped Around San Diego Homes
Homes in Ocean Beach range across beach cottages, duplexes and older apartment buildings, and we repair True appliances in all of them. Older cottages and duplexes often have compact kitchens and laundry tucked into a garage or side yard, so tell us where the appliance sits. Nothing is repaired until you've approved a written estimate, and the work is covered by a 90-day parts and 30-day labor warranty. If your True is still under the manufacturer's warranty, contact True first so the repair is covered.
